WEB DEVELOPER (TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY - W2 ONLY)
A leading national Marketing Firm is looking for a passionate Web Developer for their Bucks County, PA location.  They are seeking individuals who are excited about technology and continue to evolve and stay current in industry trends.  It requires a strong understanding of the full project life cycle, great communication and documentation skills.  The individual will be responsible for requirements gathering through implementation and maintenance of web applications.  Candidate will become part of an existing Web Development team and must have excellent communication and documentation skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full Project Life Cycle 
Business and Systems Analysis, Design and Documentation
Participation in Architecture and Design Reviews and Meetings
Provide Coding Solutions to Meet Business Requirements
Work closely with Development Team to Develop cutting edge Web Applications
Work closely with the Testing Group during the testing and support phases
Provide Status of Projects to Management

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Microsoft ASP.NET (v4.0), C# and the .NET Framework
Experience with one or more of the following: jQuery, JavaScript, LINQ, Entity Framework
Client-side skills using HTML / HTML5 / CSS
Knowledge of MVC 2.0/3.0, Web services and/or Windows Communication Foundation would be a plus.
Database development (SQL, stored procedures, triggers) for SQL Server 2008. Understanding of SSIS and/or SSRS.
Experience with OOP/OOD UML
Ability to work in a rapid development environment with quickly changing requirements and responsibilities
Ability to learn new technologies related to the Web and Application development
Ability to decompose and prioritize components of large systems 
Ability to evaluate an existing system architectures, document issues and suggest improvements
